What that officer did is horrible and inexcusable and he should go to prison for it. Could you point me to the evidence that must have just come out proving the officer was motivated to kill this man because of his race.

If there is evidence for that, then he is a disgusting racist cop. If there isn't, then, until there is, he is just a disgusting cop.
